Alice's Animals are designed and handcrafted by northern Minnesota artist Alice Strand. These tiny creatures, most of which are less than three inches tall, are cut from fabric, sewn and stuffed. Meticulous detail, created with hand embroidery, applique and fabric paint, brings them to life.

As I write this, the ground is still white here in northern Minnesota, and the thought of green grass and flowers-and yes, even Easter bunnies- seems like a fantasy. Happily that hasn't stopped me from creating a few of the busy rabbits going about their Easter morning business. I will be offering these bunnies in the Easter section of my Etsy Store. Please drop in and meet them! Later in the spring my bunnies will be starring in another production in the Gallery called "Fairies and Gnomes", those wondrous beings that inhabit spring gardens and forests. Be sure to stop back.
